We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

mechanical engineering, design, and review

for roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have extensive industry experience, strategic planning capabilities, and a strong network within the region. The role will focus on

new client acquisition

and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business growth strategies for roads and infrastructure projects. Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies. Lead the bidding process, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations. Oversee design and review processes, ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory standards. Actively pursue

new client acquisition

and business development initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum

13+ years of experience

in roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE. Proven experience in

business development, design, and review

processes. Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets. Preference for

immediate joiners

or candidates with short notice periods.
