- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Background experience from Banking Industry.
- Background experience from Chartered Accounting Industry.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Must have a UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license holder with own car
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Proven record of achieving targets
- Good organizational skills / Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Team work / Willing to work on weekends and evenings to provide best service to the Clients /Track record in residential property at the requisite senior level
- Visa and Health Insurance
- Marketing support will be provided
- Salary + Incentives
