TDS Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in the recruitment industry, specializing in client acquisition and business growth.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and enhancing TDS Group's presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients in the UAE market, focusing on industries requiring staffing and recruitment services.
• Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the company's portfolio of clients and recruitment projects.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the recruitment sector to inform business strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry in the UAE.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment landscape and labor laws.
• Client Acquisition: Demonstrated expertise in acquiring and managing corporate clients.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Networking: Established network within the UAE market will be an advantage.
