As a Manager specializing in client acquisition and relations, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your recruitment expertise to understand client staffing needs, propose recruitment solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, networking, and attending industry events.
• Prepare and present proposals and solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing strategies and provide proactive recruitment solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.
Business Development:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and propose additional services or solutions.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to align recruitment strategies with client needs and expectations.
Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., recruiters, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to demonstrate business growth and client engagement metrics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar client-facing role, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
