: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong business acumen, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand Holiday Homes' presence in the market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements. Manage contracts effectively, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to assess market demand, competition, and pricing strategies. Utilize insights to develop strategic plans and enhance product offerings.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Sales and Revenue Optimization: Drive sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue generation. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for Holiday Homes, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with hospitality industry tools and platforms is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
