Job Overview:
Marco Real Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, developers, and investors.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate industry.
• Negotiate and close deals to expand the company's portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market conditions and provide insights for decision-making.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Fluent in Arabic (Lebanese dialect preferred) and English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
