Position: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be adept at building and retaining high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients within the real estate market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand presence and attract new clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the real estate market.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduation in Marketing or a relevant qualification from a reputed institute or college. Insurance experience will be considered.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Advanced computer skills with expertise in social media marketing.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong focus on results and smart work.
