We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our professional audio equipment and public address systems business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio technology, strong sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills. This role involves managing inquiries from channel partners, AV rental companies, ELV system integrator, and venues, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. integrator
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and market reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional audio and public address systems industry.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding our products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical consultations as needed.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment and synergy in business activities. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and business development within the audio technology industry.
Strong technical knowledge of professional audio equipment and public address systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
UAE driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
