We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and growing a training institute, possess a strong network of leads, and demonstrate a passion for excellence. This role is crucial for driving our business forward by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the training institute's offerings.
2. Lead Generation & Relationship Building
• Utilize existing leads and networks to create partnerships and attract clients.
• Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, students, and stakeholders.
3. Program Development
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and market training programs that meet industry demands.
• Ensure the institute remains competitive by staying updated on market trends.
4. Sales & Marketing
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns to promote courses and services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
5. Team Leadership
• Motivate and manage a team to achieve business goals.
• Provide mentorship to ensure team alignment with the company's vision and values.
6. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.

Compensation:
• Salary: Negotiable, based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
