:
• Must be English and French speaker.
• Provide administrative support to one or more executives or managers, including managing their schedules, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, and documents. this may include data entry, document management, and filing.
• Answer phone call, respond to emails, and handle inquires or requests on their behalf.
• Draft, edit, and proofread various types of documents, including reports, memos, letter, and presentations.
• Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Manage the company's accounts receivable process, including invoicing, arranging collections, and customer account reconciliations.
• Monitor and track outstanding customer balances and follow up on past due accounts.
• Ensure that documents are accurate and conform to the organization's standards.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• To be the clients service, reponding to emails and clients calls.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
