The Business Development Manager is responsible to the Employer for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the company. The Business Development manager responsibilities shall generally be classified as follows (not limited to):
. Pursuing the achievement of the Company's objectives set by the Board of Directors.
. Identifying new business opportunities, This involves researching markets, industries, and potential clients/customers to uncover new avenues for growth.
. Negotiating contracts and deals: Working closely with clients and partners to negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts that are beneficial to both parties.
. Developing strategies by creating strategic plans and initiatives to meet sales targets and business objectives. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and forecasting.
. Managing sales pipelines through tracking and managing sales pipelines, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
. Working closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
. Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
. Providing regular reports and analysis to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
. Maintaining a strong brand image through representing the company professionally and ethically in all interactions, and ensuring that the company's brand image is upheld.
. Staying updated on best practices in business development, sales techniques, and industry-specific knowledge to continuously improve performance
. Communicate with all managements to follow up the implementation of the strategic and operational plan and achieve the vision and mission.
. Work towards achieving the Company's objectives through the application of policies and procedures emanating from the goals set and required to achieve them.
. Creating relationships with related parties to increase the Company's projects, preserve its reputation and strengthen their market position.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business or any related field
5+ years of experience
