Responsibilities: Business Development and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the mall division to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential mall locations and partnerships, to expand our footprint.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management teams, key stakeholders, and business partners.Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions to secure prime retail space in top-tier malls.Collaborate with mall management on marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive store traffic and sales.Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for the mall division.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability.Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.Brand Development and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract high-end clientele.Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all mall locations.Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions to showcase our luxury furniture collections.Operational Excellence: Oversee the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring they meet the companys standards of excellence.Coordinate with the merchandising and inventory teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to the mall division.Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet their goals and deliver exceptional customer service.Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably in the luxury retail sector.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
