We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales person to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for following up the leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Understand clients' needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
3. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market expansion.
6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
