Proven track record in business development, preferably in the fit-out industry.
Strong network of industry contacts and ability to cultivate new relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with the fit-out process and project lifecycle is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
