Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in selling to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business pipelines, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and managing large accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and positioning our company as a preferred training partner for our clients.
This is an on-site position; you must be a UAE resident with a valid visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the financial services sector, focusing on banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, L&D teams, and HR influencers.
Manage and expand existing large accounts to drive long-term partnerships and maximize client value.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with company OKRs.
Our preferred candidate:
Minimum of
4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
, preferably selling to financial institutions.
Proven ability to develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Deep understanding of the financial services industry, its challenges, and trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel across the MENA region as needed to visit our clients, execute projects, and attend events, conferences, and seminars
A digital-savvy person who is comfortable with CRMs, video conferencing, online documentation, and managing calendars and meetings
Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
