We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Retail Division in the gold machine manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a proven track record in outdoor sales and a passion for driving business growth. This role requires excellent leadership skills as the candidate will be responsible for both individual and team targets, bringing in new clients, and overseeing a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, establish and maintain relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to showcase our products and services.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Field Work: Engage in extensive outdoor sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and networking events.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the gold machine manufacturing or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to engage in extensive outdoor sales activities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
