Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop effective business development strategies.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in government departments.
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT/ICT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing business from government departments, military, and police sectors.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of current IT/ICT trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
