Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
• Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance
• Stay updated with industry news and developments to identify potential business opportunities
• Lead and coordinate marketing activities to promote the company's products and services
Essential Qualifications:
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Good understanding of the interior design industry and market trends
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related roles
• Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is preferred
• Experience in the UAE market is a must
• Prior experience in managing key accounts and closing deals
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business grow
