This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with insurance companies, and achieving sales targets. You will leverage your deep knowledge of NTSs insurance solutions to address customer needs, promote digital transformation, and serve as a trusted advisor to decision-makers and C-level executives. Additionally, you will lead the development of a robust sales pipeline, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements.Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of insurance-related software solutions and services. Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and meet sales targets within the insurance sector.Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of NTSs insurance solutions, including core software, CRM systems, claims management, and digital transformation services.Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and address pain points in the insurance sector.Lead Generation: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads in both life and non-life insurance segments and approach prospective customers.Solution Selling: Present NTSs solutions to decision-makers and C-level executives, align products with customer needs, and tailor solutions to address business challenges.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs to ensure customer satisfaction, conduct effective negotiations, and close sales deals.Solution Mapping: Collaborate with internal teams to map customer needs to NTS offerings, provide technical insights, and facilitate migrations from legacy platforms to modern technology.Technical Skills/Competencies:

Base Salary: Competitive tax free salary.
Performance-Based Bonus: Linked to achieving gross margin targets, with bonus qualification starting at 80% target achievement.
Sales Target: Potentially doubling the base salary upon reaching targets.
