Responsible for driving sales and business development within the Construction & Fabrication Users channel across the Middle East.
Increase both numeric and weighted distribution, ensuring stronger brand presence and product accessibility across the channel.
Lead and support a sales and business development team of customers, guiding them to identify new opportunities and support them effectively to promote and demonstrate products to key users.
Foster an upselling mindset within the team.
Prepare and present regular sales and activity reports to management, providing insights into performance and market dynamics.
Gather information on competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Collect and share user and market insights with product and marketing teams to support regional product development and impactful marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of external sales and business development experience in the construction and building materials industry in the Middle East.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a lead-by-example approach.
Adaptable to digital tools, remote work, and agile work methods.
