Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a growth strategy. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field. While not a requirement, previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency would be considered a plus.
