:Our client is an international brand with a strong presence in the fitness supplements sector.We are hiring a UAE / GCC experienced sales manager to join their newly established Dubai regional office.The successful candidate will be responsible for market and revenue growth in the Middle East through brand positioning, securing new retail customers and new product launches.Candidates will have strong B2B business development and account management expertise in the health and fitness retail sector.Role Summary
Develop revenue growth and go-to-market strategies and road maps to achieve country sales and profit targets.
360-degree sales cycle from lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, closure and onboarding the client.
Participate in industry networking events, customer events and brand marketing initiatives to build brand presence.
Product launches - develop and execute sales and marketing action plans for new products launches in local markets.
Conduct and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and competition.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 years experience in sports and fitness B2B business development; minimum 4 years similar experience in the UAE / Middle East.
Strong commercial and financial acumen has this role has P&L responsibility.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in the Northern Emirates.
