Job Summary:



Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

with expertise in

Hard & Soft Facilities Management Services

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the FM industry.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within

hard and soft FM services

(MEP, HVAC, Lift, cleaning, security and lifeguard, etc.). Develop and execute

sales strategies

to expand market share in the UAE. Generate leads, conduct

cold calls, client meetings, and presentations

to secure contracts. Negotiate and finalize deals with corporate clients, real estate developers, facility owners, and property management firms. Achieve and exceed

sales targets

and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Conduct

client needs analysis

and propose tailored FM service solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage contract renewals.

Market Research & Strategy:



Stay updated on

market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices

. Develop new service offerings and propose

innovative FM solutions

to gain a competitive edge. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, procurement) to ensure service excellence.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in Business Development within the

Facilities Management (FM) industry

in the UAE. Strong network and knowledge of the

FM market, real estate, corporate clients, and facility owners

in Dubai. Proven track record in achieving

sales targets

and securing

high-value contracts

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

. Understanding of

hard services

(MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and

soft services

(cleaning, security, landscaping). UAE

driving license

is mandatory.
