The Role Guildhall is assisting a leading Chinese design company focused on cutting edge kitchen, laundry and refrigeration design for restaurants, hotels and institutional operations. The company is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for creating and developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, the candidate should be able to develop and grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and industry network in UAE. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: xe2x80xa2 Establish and grow the firm's footprint in the UAE and Middle East markets. xe2x80xa2 Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Client Network Development: xe2x80xa2 Build and maintain a robust client network, targeting key decision-makers in the restaurant, hotel, and institutional sectors. xe2x80xa2 Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Account Management: xe2x80xa2 Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring alignment between client requirements and deliverables from the China-based internal team. xe2x80xa2 Oversee contract negotiations and completion, ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes. Tender Participation: xe2x80xa2 Participate in tender bidding processes, including proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and client interviews. xe2x80xa2 Work collaboratively with stakeholders to secure contracts and build long-term partnerships.Requirements
3xe2x80x935 years of proven success in a similar business development role, preferably in the design or foodservice industry. xe2x80xa2 Prior experience in kitchen consultancy, culinary operations, or hotel F&B sectors is highly desirable and will be an advantage. xe2x80xa2 Demonstrated work experience in Dubai or the UAE, with an understanding of local market dynamics and business practices. xe2x80xa2 Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present solutions and negotiate with clients. xe2x80xa2 Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt with strong organizational and project management skills. xe2x80xa2 Open to candidates of any nationality who meet the above criteria.
