Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Working closely with existing clients to build relationship and participate on new opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring the terms and conditions match with the companys compliance policies.
Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Develop and execute strategic plans to target new markets and expand the company's customer base.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and outcomes on weekly basis.
Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, and inter-cultural skills
Business development strength with Sales, Key Account and Marketing experience
Has 3-5 years of experience in global projects & industry solutions i.e. renewable energy, oil & gas, etc.
Graduate of any field.
