Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the facilities management sector.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
• Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the business development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and achievement.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, enhancing brand visibility and building a strong professional network.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on the facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing high-value clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• UAE experience is a must.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
