Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business prospects.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to secure profitable business deals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the exhibition stand fitting or events industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
