The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales revenue for our exhibitions and events.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions and events.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and corporate partners.
Create customized sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of participating in our exhibitions and events.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship packages to secure commitments from exhibitors and sponsors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to drive attendance and participation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections on a regular basis.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our network.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to exhibitors and sponsors throughout the exhibition lifecycle.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by sharing insights, ideas, and best practices with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales exhibitions, preferably in the UAE market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the exhibition industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and best practices.
