Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the logistics sector.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base across air, sea, and land freight services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting our service offerings and competitive advantages.
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Set and achieve sales targets and objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish connections within the logistics industry.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry, with a focus on air, sea, and land freight.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
