Event Staffing agency experience is essentialMy client is a premier staffing agency for event organisers, brands and government authorities in the UAE. They have been in the region for over 17 years and, in that time, have forged a strong reputation as the number one event staffing agency in the region.They are now looking for someone to lead on their business development efforts to continue to drive the business forward through new client acquisition and ensuring existing clients are satisfied.Requirements:

Strong experience within an events staffing agency is essential for this position.
Experienced in new business development - cold calling, cold emailing, attending events, networking etc.
Experienced in account management - expanding existing accounts, cross-selling, up-selling, client retention.
Must be strong in all aspects of the sales process from new prospect identification through to pitching, negotiation and onboarding.
Must be self-sufficient. This role will begin as a largely standalone position with the trajectory of building a team around you. In the initial phases of the role, you must be capable of working largely independently.
Regularly meeting top clients to build their strategy and ensure the client experience is top of the range.
Ideally Arabic speaking.
