Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our business expansion efforts. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, including recruiting team members, setting team goals, motivating team members, and monitoring their performance.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage the distribution and allocation of leads effectively to ensure maximum conversion rates and ROI. Collaborate closely with the marketing departments to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance the quality of leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including crypto exchanges, wallets, Market Makers ,Hedge Funds and others.
• Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the business and our clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, and B2B sales,
• Prior experience within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and other relevant aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
• Strong network of contacts within the crypto community including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward.
• Preferably based in Dubai

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
