Job Summary
The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and development. This role involves managing projects, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Duties
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
• Utilize market knowledge to inform decision-making and enhance sales strategies
• Sales Skills and openness to travel for sales calls, road shows and exhibitions etc.
• Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable agreements
• Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Skills
• Proficient in strategic planning and business development techniques
• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and market analysis
• Familiarity with software tools like Salesforce for data management and reporting
• Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for the organization
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings,trade shows,industry events and familiarization trips.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
• Strong understanding of the inbound tourism.
• Fluency in Italian or Polish or Romanian as well as English.
