Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our efforts in expanding the AI launchpad. The BDM will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding projects, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and engage with potential projects and companies that align with Project's mission and values.
Basic Due Diligence: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential projects to assess their viability, technology, and alignment with our strategic goals, ensuring informed decision-making and risk management.
Project Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process for new projects, ensuring they meet our standards and are well-positioned for success within our ecosystem.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform our business development strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the tech, operations, and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in launchpads, crypto exchanges, or similar fields, with strong access to the startup ecosystem, enabling effective engagement with emerging projects and innovative companies.
Experience in Evaluation: The ideal candidate should have experience assessing projects in DeFi, GameFi, Real-World Assets (RWA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN).
Mindset: We are looking for an individual with a proactive, hunter mentality who is driven to seek out opportunities.
Specialization: The candidate should have a strong background in search and outreach strategies.
Knowledge of Tokenomics: Basic understanding of tokenomics and experience with deflationary token models.
Remote Work Capability: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, preferably within the Europe or Dubai time zones.
Strategic Mindset: Capable of contributing to long-term strategies that align with the growth of the Project ecosystem.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships.
