Job description:

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, UAE Based with core expertise / specialization in Complete IT Solutions. Experience in ELV projects , Asset management, etc, would be an added advantage.

• Proven UAE experience as Sales / Business Development Manager
• University Degree holder in Electronics and Communication Engineering or similar.
• Male/Female, with minimum 10 years hands on experience with UAE Government Sector Corporate & Multinational Companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Must be able to set goals, plan and manage projects, manage risks involved, calculate budgets, cost time and teams working on ongoing projects.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Maintain and grow the base of existing customers and increase the sales volume
• Interaction with development teams to design and in some cases implement new initiatives.
• Proven target achievement of 5 Million plus
• Technical know-how about Software Development and ongoing / upcoming technologies.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell technology products and services to existing clients within the UAE market.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing regular updates on account progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Understand the unique needs and challenges of each assigned account and develop and implement account plans to address those needs.

Technical knowhow of ELV systems such as Home Automation, CCTV, Access control, Structured cabling, ICT, AV, BGM, etc.,

Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
