Company Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our company's growth and expand our client base.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market share for our elevator maintenance and installation service and New Elevator Business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and residential sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target markets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the elevator industry or related technical field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the construction or facilities management industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel as needed
