Business Development Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our MEP, HVAC, and Facilities Management (FM) services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP, HVAC, and FM sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development in the MEP, HVAC, or FM industries. Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and FM services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset. UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
