Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated seasoned
Business Development Manager
with minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE Experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
Experience working with government tenders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify sales trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and management.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Use financial techniques to improve revenue.
Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
Identifying business opportunities with key markets and customers.
Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
Meet the Clients, Negotiate and close deals.
Keep an updated customer database.
Track and document calls and sales update client records
Prepare and present achievements and KPI's.
Achieving Monthly targets is a MUST.
Available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Must have experience in UAE market.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in UAE.
Knowledgeable and curious to learn.
Strong Communication Skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Motivated and inspired to go the extra mile.
Thorough understanding of Tricks & Techniques.
Actively involved in seeking out potential opportunities.
Available to Join Immediately.
Market Planning, Market Research, and Communication skills.
Experience in developing and implementing Business marketing strategies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
