Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive growth, expand market reach, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales:

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to create effective sales strategies.

Lead Generation & Networking:

Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital channels.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve business objectives.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.

Brand Representation:

Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
