Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manger for our Facility Management Entity. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate is expected to expand our clientele and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Proven working experience as a business development manager in a facility management company Establish strong and lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure that customer expectations are met. Provide ongoing support and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes that could impact the company's offerings. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Requirements:

Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge is a knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
