Job Description

The BDM is responsible for generating sales and driving business growth. They will identify new business opportunities, implement strategies and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development:

? Support and develop proposals and pitch decks as necessary. All collaterals required for the pitching should be prepared timely; if assistance is required, it should be communicated via proper channels.

? Mr. Dil should be given a time frame of 3-4 working days to give any required approval.

2. Business Development Strategy:

? Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

? Attend events and be a good representative of the company, ensuring to introduce the company and have meaningful conversations with potential clients, introducing our range of services.

? Increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

? Handle outreach for DBPV and Emirates Podcast through various channels (organic, referrals, collaborations, etc.).

? Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.

? Analyse social media metrics and advertising performance data to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement.

? Reply to messages on all social media platforms and engage in conversations. Discuss with the social media manager or any member of the management team before replying to any client.

Preferably, reply to clients in the presence of management.

3. Research and Stay Updated:

? Conduct continuous research to enhance marketing strategies for DBPV, Brand Platforms, and Emirates Podcast.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and business development.

4. Handover and Communication:

? Deliver all finalised collaterals to relevant stakeholders.

? Maintain clear communication channels with team members and stakeholders. ? All clients should be reached through the company's personal profiles.

5. Weekly Planning and Reporting:

? Provide weekly plans and action reports in both Word and Excel formats, detailing all completed work and any deviations from the plan. Mr. Dil will provide feedback on these reports.

Influencer Networking

Extensive experience in social media, and possess a deep understanding of influencer networking dynamics. Your primary responsibility is to bring in influencers from diverse backgrounds to promote our platforms DBPV and Emirates Podcast. Leveraging your connections you need to collaborate with them for brand awareness across all our brands and bring in business through them.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- MBA degree would be a bonus.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
