As the Business Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Administration teams to create your own leads and foster new relationships, ultimately focusing on successfully closing sales. Your responsibilities will also include managing the CRM system, updates and reporting, and pushing development initiatives to maximize awareness & performance. Additionally, you will engage in networking activities, build industry awareness, partake in industry events across Dubai and the GCC, some travel will be required.
Reaching out to potential clients, suppliers, companies & consultants to build rapport and schedule meetings aimed at providing knowledgeable and exceptional customer service, ultimately leading to successful sales closures.
Create proposals, including contractual terms and conditions, and manage the entire process from creation to review, revisions, and variations, ensuring proper documentation and organization throughout.
Manage the Client experience from start to finish
Cultivate robust relationships with your leads and potential clients
Collaborate with the Marketing Department for strategies, input and information to initiate and implement new marketing initiatives.
Provide guidance and review proposed content for the Marketing Department to enhance sales.
Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
Using the companies CRM system to optimize sales processes and reporting, develop strategies for generating new business opportunities, and supervise the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate closely with the design team on timeframes and deliverables
Attending & participate in conferences, meetings, industry and networking events.
Represent the company at industry events, speaking engagements, and through social media platforms.
Research and understand the local market, ELE brand style, architecture, locations, materials and suppliers.
Identify new business opportunities, including markets, trends, and customers, while generating leads and cold calling prospective clients.
Collaborate with sales colleagues across the company's multiple brands, referring to all businesses under the company umbrella when possible, while ensuring third-party inquiries are managed through the appropriate channels.
