Are you an experienced Sales and Business Development professional with a passion for driving growth in the FMCG sector? We are seeking a Salesperson/Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the branded and non-branded beers, wines, and spirits industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the GCC
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy: Develop tailored strategies for branded and non-branded products, ensuring alignment with market demands.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales and business development experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on beers, wines, and spirits.
GCC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the GCC market, particularly Saudi Arabia, and its growth potential.
African Market Experience: Familiarity with East and West African markets and their unique dynamics.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
Location: Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
