We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager/Executive to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.

As a Business Development Manager/Executive at Armador Maritime Services LLC, you will be primarily focused on investment finance and equity-related opportunities within the shipping, maritime, and oil & gas sectors. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, securing investments, building strategic partnerships, and driving the financial growth of the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that will position the company as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, focusing on equity and financing solutions within the shipping, maritime, and oil & gas sectors. Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential business development and investment growth areas. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, investment proposals, and business plans to secure financing and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial feasibility and structuring of deals. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, partners, and investors. Monitor the financial performance of investments and projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth through strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, investment finance, equity management, or a similar role, preferably in the shipping, maritime, or oil & gas sectors. Strong understanding of investment finance, equity deals, and financial analysis. Knowledge of the shipping, maritime, and oil & gas industries is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior management and other teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
