Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition

: Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate offices, and residential. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Market Research & Strategy

: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and market share.

Project Proposal Development

: Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and previous projects. Work with design and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and budget.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

Contract Negotiation

: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction.

Project Oversight

: Ensure the smooth handover of projects, liaising with project management and technical teams for successful execution. Monitor the progress of signed projects and keep clients informed of developments.

Sales & Revenue Growth

: Set and meet sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and business expansion. Upsell additional services or future projects to existing clients.

Brand Promotion

: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.

Reporting

: Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance.
Key Skills Required:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of the interior fit-out and construction industry. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, ideally in the construction or interior design industry. Knowledge of project management processes and industry standards.
