Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, with a strong ability to close deals and expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business objectives.
Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and business plans to senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand business connections.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Excellent market research and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
