Business Development Manager

with a background in Facility Management plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of a company's facility management services. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs within the facility management sector. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their facility management needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

Proposal Development:

Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Ensure that all client requirements are addressed and that proposals align with company capabilities and objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and senior management, to ensure alignment on business development strategies and client expectations.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use this information to refine business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the facility management industry. Strong understanding of facility management services and industry standards.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
