The business development manger will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, bulding strategic partnerships, and increasing market presence for SHEC. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction and engineering sector , along with excellent networking and leadershipe skills .

Key responsibilitirs :

Develope and execute a coperhensive business development strategy to drive sales growth.

Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision -makers.

Expand SHEC's effectivly in the market.

Lead negotiations and contract discussion with clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights to refine serviceofferings.

Prepare business development reports and ttrack key performance metrics.

Qualfications & skills:

Bacheor's degree in business engineering ,or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development within the engineering or construction industry .

Strong network within the UAE construction and real estate sector.

Ability to develop and implement growth strategies effestively.

Experience in manging sales pipelienes and business forecasting .
