• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the agency's growth goals.
• Identify and target potential clients across diverse industries to generate revenue opportunities.
• Act as the primary driver for new business acquisition, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create winning pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead new client meetings, effectively communicating the agency's unique value proposition.
• Understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Provide actionable insights to refine agency offerings and strategies.
• Achieve business development targets, driving agency revenue growth.

Key Requirements:
Experience:

• At least 6-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Skills:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to present ideas persuasively and close deals.
• In-depth knowledge of advertising and marketing industry trends and tools.
