We are seeking a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, venues, and vendors.
• Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Contract Negotiations: Manage negotiations and ensure agreements align with the company's objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the events or hospitality industry in the UAE.
• Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the UAE Market: Familiarity with Dubai's business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
