Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.

Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Leverage Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online platforms for marketing and recruitment initiatives.

Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns across digital channels.

Platform Expertise:

Use Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar tools to identify potential leads, post job opportunities, and manage employer branding.

Monitor and improve the company's online presence on professional networks.

Develop content strategies for LinkedIn to enhance engagement and attract new clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide insights into client needs and market demands to inform product and service offerings.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Train and mentor team members on effective business development and marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in business development or marketing, with a focus on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
